Returns and Refund

Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced.
If your order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the product has already been shipped.


Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

- It must be in the original packaging.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns).

No restocking fees will be applied for returned products.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming its arrival.
We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

- Check your bank account again.

- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund officially posts.

- Contact your bank — processing times can vary.
